The topic of school lunch has become a veritable hot potato in culinary, educational, agricultural and health circles as well as in the legislative halls.  From cafeterias, classrooms and school gardens to vending machine and afterschool programs across the country it is possible to find inspiring models for improved nutrition and learning.
